By virtue of Office Order 2018-14, Dated December 27, 2018 issued by Mayor Rolando S. In addendum thereto, such untoward weather condition brought heavy flooding in Santor River and Dupinga River as well as in some creeks. The MDRRMO Staff did not waste even a single moment to monitor the situation, since it threatens the lives and properties of Gabaldonians, motorists and tourists. Mr. Michael Calma, PDRRMO arrived on New Year’s day and the MDRRMO staff assisted them to monitor the situation of creeks and rivers. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, thru Gov.
